Erin Tillman, CSE (she/her) is a Certified Sex Educator, Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Connection & Consent Empowerment Coach, Author, and Speaker based in Los Angeles. She is currently serving on the LA Local SAG-AFTRA Sexual Harassment committee. In 2018, Erin was awarded the Gender Equity Champion Award presented by the California National Organization for Women (NOW). Erin has training and certifications in the areas of sexuality education, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging), Mental Health First Aid, and Kink/BDSM. Erin’s TV/Film Intimacy Coordination credits include projects for ABC, BET, CBS, FX, Peacock, and Searchlight Pictures to name a few.

Erin Tillman, CSE (she/her), CEO of Relational Equity Group, is a Certified Sex Educator, Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Consent & Connection Empowerment Coach, Author, and Speaker based in Los Angeles. She is currently serving on the LA Local SAG-AFTRA Sexual Harassment committee and is a board member of the Junior Hollywood Radio & Television Society (JHRTS). In 2018, Erin was awarded the Gender Equity Champion Award presented by the California National Organization For Women (NOW). For over 10 years, she has been dedicated to empowering singles in all lifestyle and identity categories to have enjoyable dating and relationship lives based on their wants, needs, and objectives. She does this through encouraging positive, consensual interactions through easily applicable personal development and boundary-setting techniques. Erin has training and certifications in the areas of sexuality education, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging), Mental Health First Aid, and Kink/BDSM. She has been empowering her clients through dating and consent workshops, at conferences, on college campuses, through her book, The Consent Guidebook, through over 100 dating-related articles for various lifestyle and dating sites, hosting singles events, working as a matchmaker, and through her podcast, The Dating Advice Girl Podcast. She has been featured on Lifetime Network, Buzzfeed, ABC7 Los Angeles, and mentioned in The Guardian, Elle Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, just to name a few media outlets. Erin’s award-winning book, The Consent Guidebook, is an easy-to-follow guide that offers practical advice, from over 30 experts, for establishing boundaries and respecting the boundaries of others. In 2021, The Consent Guidebook was selected by AASECT (The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) to receive their 2021 General Audience Book Award.
